It took s minutes to find, but the key box worked fine.

On a hot night, you need the windows open, but with open windows the road noise is intrusive to the point of disrupted sleep. Not a problem with windows shut... except in our current heatwave you'd cook with closed windows (we tried it). The Property itself was lovely and easy to find. The issue with the heat vs noise (choose one) was the only negative in an otherwise superb experience. Avoid a heat wave and you'll love it.

Had a fantastic week stay at this lovely accommodation. Everything was clean and tidy. Was very modern and had everything we needed there, with some nice little added touches. Chris and Ruth were both amazing hosts super friendly and welcoming. Chris greeted us on arrival and said if we needed him to contact them. We bumped in to Ruth who was also super friendly and checked everything was ok. Chris also came and said goodbye on our departure super nice people, couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Location was great very short drive to town and very local to some very great places to visit. Super dog friendly and great little outdoor area that was fenced off and secured with gate. Great to have parking below. We would happily stay again and would recommend this lovely little place thank you so much Leanne, Glenn and stitch ☺️

Very nice cosy place. Good location for The Farmer John, Hawkstone Brewery and Diddly Squat. Small but comfortable for a few days. Great bathroom, nice bed, good kitchen facilities. Parking space a real bonus. Parking in Burton would be difficult if staying there. Burford only a 6 minute drive away. The hosts were there if needed but not at all intrusive. Would recommend if wanting to visit places from The Clarkson's farm programme.

Would have bought coat hangers as there were hooks for hanging but no hangers.

Well equipped, comfortable and cosy. Excellent location for visiting the most popular Cotswolds towns and villages. Easy walk into town for nice pubs, cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended.
