My husband and I recently stayed at College Cottage with our baby and dog - we couldn’t recommend more! The property is very well maintained and has a very luxury but homely feel to it. The appliances are all top notch (Sage coffee machine, Smeg kettle, Dyson hairdryers) and the welcome hamper was a real surprise and made such a difference when we arrived. I would say that if you bring a dog with you, the courtyard isn’t great for them and you’ll likely need to take them out regularly, but there’s plenty of green space around. There was a travel cot set up for us when we arrived with mattress and sheet, and there’s plenty of space for a baby to sleep in the main room with you.
The bath in the main bedroom was a real highlight and the bath products provided to use were really lovely (Cowshed bath salts and a bath soak). There is tea and coffee provided, as well as milk and other goodies in the kitchen.
Highly recommend - great location just off the high street, opposite a nice bakery for morning pastries :) thanks Neil for being so helpful and accommodating before and during our stay!

We had such a lovely stay in the Cotswolds with my mum, sister, and niece. The cottage was absolutely beautiful—cosy, well-kept, and full of charm—and the location was perfect for exploring the area.
Our host was amazing and incredibly thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed and adding little touches that made our stay feel extra special. It was a truly relaxing and memorable trip, and we’d happily return!

College Cottage is very cosy, very well appointed and in a fabulous location just off the high street.
Free parking was readily available on the street and close by.
Burford is the ideal location as a base to visit the Cotswolds.

College cottage is a fantastic hideaway in Burford high street,
You are greeted with a nice hamper,pint of milk in the fridge.
Everything was easy to use.
Many bars and restaurants within walking distance.
No Negatives.
