Hermanus Waterfront Apartment no 17

The location was very good. Nice touches - rusks, tea, a small milk and coffee pods. The books were also a great idea.

The bed was really hard and we were unable to log in (kept asking to be updated) to our Netflix and YouTube accounts. Fortunately someone else's YouTube was still active.

Very enjoyable stay. Very spacious beautifully decorated studio apartment. Lots of wardrobe space and very spacious shower/bathroom. Every facility in the kitchen - fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, hotplate etc. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable king size bed. Air conditioning and 2 large windows with lots of fresh air. The lack of a seaview is more than compensated for by the sea breeze from the 2 very large windows. Excellent location 1 minute walk to shops, restaurants, sea front and cliff walk. Hostess Gianni very responsive to your every need. Roof top pool with spectacular views of sea and Hermanus

The location is great

Central locarion

Although close to the sea, no view at all from the room, not even the mountains. It was not properly cleaned. Floor was still dirty, had to wipe the table that still showed spills from a previous visitor and the french press was not washed at all - still had coffee from a prior usage in it.
