    I am staying at this hotel while there are some good aspects, my overall experience was disappointing. I had an allergic reaction during the night and called the reception for help. Unfortunately, their response was cold and unhelpful. The receptionist didn’t offer any solution, didn’t even apologize, and seemed indifferent to the situation. I was shocked to learn that the hotel doesn’t keep even a basic antihistamine in their first-aid box something that should be standard for emergencies. Later, the duty manager did apologize, but by then I had already had to go out to a pharmacy in the middle of the night to get medicine myself. Regarding the spa, every time you use the services, you have to pay which is not a problem in itself, but this information should have been clearly communicated at check-in by the reception. That said, the spa staff were excellent the lady who did my massage was very professional, kind, and gave me the best facial massage I’ve ever had. On the positive side, the room was spacious, and housekeeping staff  especially Unnimaya  provided excellent service. The food was tasty as well. However, service at the café was quite slow; on my first day I had to wait 30 minutes just for a drink, which was frustrating. In short, the facilities are good, and some of the staff are wonderful, but the service and communication at the front desk need significant improvement, especially when it comes to guest care and emergencies.
