    Everything about the stay was terrible. The pillow and covers were dirty. There was only one towel available for two people, that too was stained. Only one small soap was provided for 2 days. The waste kept outside our room on Day 1 was not taken out by the staff. No facilities like kettle, tea/coffee bags were available. The only positive about the stay is that it is situated at a prime location, close to the bypass and near Lulu Mall. Can never recommend the stay to others.

    Despite having a booking, we were kept waiting for half an hour for our room. The front desk staff were unfriendly. The rooms either had no TV or a non-functional one, but we still had to pay the full amount. The only highlight was the view from our room. Overall, not worth the money

    Spacious rooms, transport and shopping places available nearby. Need to improve cleanliness/housekeeping. Overall good stay.

    They are charged extra amount from us. They told me they are not giving rooms throughout online and also they withdraw contract from online apps. This is so shameless
