flat is large and spacious

There were cockroaches inside, a terrible smell, and extremely rude staff. When we arrived, no one was waiting for us and it was not clear where the place was. After several calls and about 15 minutes, we were directed to a building and a room number. There were people outside waiting to get in, apparently for the same room. It took more than an hour before we were finally able to enter.

I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding a recent stay at a holiday home managed through your company Ajman Properties Co Aqaar which was completely unsafe unhygienic and extremely hazardous for my family I booked the apartment for six days and the owner requested payment in cash to allegedly avoid extra fees which immediately raised concerns From the second day of our stay we encountered a severe cockroach infestation throughout the apartment including the kitchen This is entirely unacceptable particularly as we were staying with my 82 year old mother children and an infant creating a significant health risk Despite informing the owner the so called cleaning measures were ineffective The infestation persisted and my sister was bitten by an insect inside the apartment We informed the owner that we could not remain in these conditions and intended to check out The following day the owner arranged for pest control treatment without prior notice while we were out Upon returning we immediately suffered severe respiratory distress and near fainting due to the strong chemicals used My elderly mother experienced chest pain and we were forced to stay on the balcony overnight because the indoor air was unbearable and unsafe This constitutes extremely negligent and dangerous management Despite all of this when I requested to check out immediately for the safety of my family the owner insisted on charging approximately 1000 for three nights citing season time This is outrageously unacceptable We were charged for a property that was clearly uninhabitable unsafe and a direct threat to health This experience caused severe emotional distress health risks and financial loss No guest especially families with elderly members and infants should ever endure such conditions I am therefore requesting the following immediate actions 1 A full refund for the amount charged 2 A thorough investigation into this property and its management 3 Immediate action to prevent...

They don’t keep their promises and change their offer once you reach to the room

It’s big enough for 9 adults.

They don’t provide the same accommodation as shown in booking. And if you ask for the same accommodation as per booking.com they will ask to pay more money.
