Great view, poor service.

The appartment itself is ok, spacy and with nice view. The problem here is that they are not in any way prepared for a short term stays. No check-in instructuons, no contact. You might be lost. It took us over an hour to check-in. Towels and bedding were missing.

They would give you a garage access card only when you pay 200 dh deposit. And not clear how to get back if you leave eg. early in the morning.

The stunning ocean views are worth the trip to Ajman! The master bedroom has three-way views—in the morning, you can see the sunrise over the city, and in the evening, you can see the sunset over the ocean.

On time of booking the pool was included and when it reached location the pool was another building and for that I have paid 300dhs as extra. Which was loss for me with the wrong information mentioned in the booking details. Since I was with family I didn’t argue. But this is not at all acceptable one. Please note that Due to this reason we lost our time for to use pool and our outdoor activities too. Hence I would like to request any compensation towards this and you can claim this from your user as well.

Meals are not included, I hope that they could kindly provide recommendations for nearby dining options. The location of the apartment is excellent. Having arrived and explored the surroundings, I am pleased to say that the location perfectly meets my expectations.

Upon our arrival, we noticed a strong odor of cigarette smoke in the room. While we understand that different guests have diverse preferences, the smell of cigarettes is personally unpleasant to us. We were hoping for a smoke-free environment, and the current odor is impacting our comfort during our stay.
