I lucky packet of an establishment

The place was positioned perfectly. We arrived early parts of the morning the host was their to receive us. All the reviews I read supported this establishment. I understand I came in early parts of the morning and said I will sort out my stuff in the morning

I was given 2 towels for a family of 4 to use for 2 days.. like really... I spoke to the person who checked me in he gave me the managers details The first day I ate humble pie and shared 2 towels among the 4 of us. Sadly we were only replaced with 2 towels and had to endure the same treatment. Let a review be truthful and call a spade a spade. Even when we give charity we do it with dignity. To beg for a towel and be ignored. Had I known I would have bought towels but being a foreigner in a strange town with limited time this should be your last thing you should worry about. You also get 1 toilet roll to last you the duration of your stay and I think If I asked for another that too would be ignored. Its an apartment that ticks all the boxes but sadly run like a circus. Now on the eleventh hour the manager is scrambling to make things work after I lost my composure which is not how we are supposed to be. Only now as I am about to checkout he tells me I am sending a towel. Like really... If you willing to take chances then go on

NO VALUE FOR MONEY, NOT RECOMMENDED.

The flat was spacious, nice and clean. Location of the apartment was good, close to many services like shopping, restaurants, mosque. Proper car parking is provided.

There was ZERO service at the property: 1. Not enough towels, I asked for towels many times with no response. They gave towels for only two guests not four. 2. Wi Fi was very weak in the flat, there is no signal in the rooms. TV with no channels. 3. Check in and check out timings was not as expected like any normal property. They insisted to check in late and forced us to leave early. 4. No support with luggage to check in and check out. 5. Swimming pool was very dirty. 6. No one comes to check in or follow up if anything is missing or required. I'm very disappointed that Booking is dealing with this type of properties, not reviewing or following up to check the services. This is not a proper service for anyone wants to reserve rooms. The only service provided is giving the key and collect the keys. NO VALUE FOR MONEY. Next time will think before making any reservation through booking unless it is a proper hotel.

We had a good week there and enjoyed the stay.

It is a good size, with everything you need. It has a working kitchen and is well furnished. Also it has a bath tub and a good shower.

The place looks a bit worn, and the plumbing is not working so well. Also the smell in the hall way was very bad and it sometimes got in to the apartment.

A very clean, modern and spacious apartment. The sea-view from the 32nd floor was amazing.

Our host was friendly and helpful. He went the extra mile to accommodate our stay. Close to ammenities. The bedding was comfortable, a delight to sleep in. Overall a great stay. Thank you Mahboob.

Place to relax

Every thing was nice, we like the apparment, clean, the atmosphere very good. We like the near beach ⛱️ and enjoy the place, many restaurants near and groceries also. Mr mahbob helped us, thanks for him. Inshallah will visit it again.

Not accurate location we lost in the beginning , sometimes the host will delay until he answered our questions.

Not what It seems

I selected the apartment only because it was a 5 mins drive from Fairmont where I had my meetings. The apartment was generally clean but was not maintained to look like it did in the pictures. The good thing is there was parking for the apartment. The caretaker was helpful and available when we arrived.

The apartment we were given was facing broken down house and it was not sea facing. There were no bath towels in the bathroom. When we asked for them, it was a surprise that we we needed them?! There was no mat in the bathroom so you can easily slip coming out of the tub. We had to use a mopping cloth that was available in the laundry room. The coffee cups in the crockery set, all had a coffee rim 😕 The kitchen had a dirty dish rack so we just used disposable cutlery. No niight light in the bedroom, a huge clock that doesnt work. Very cold feel to the apartment. Not one that i would return to.

أولاً: كان المستضيف بطيئاً جداً في الاستجابة، حيث انتظرنا فترة طويلة قبل الحصول على رد، مما تسبب في إزعاج وتأخير غير مبرر. ثانياً: في الليلة الأولى تم تسكيننا في شقة مختلفة عن الشقة التي قمنا بحجزها مسبقاً، وكانت بحالة سيئة للغاية من حيث النظافة، مع وجود روائح كريهة ومزعجة، إضافة إلى إبلاغنا بضياع مفتاح الشقة من قبلهم، وهو أمر غير مقبول. ثالثاً: بعد الانتقال إلى الشقة المحجوزة، كانت حالتها أفضل نسبياً، إلا أننا تفاجأنا بدخول روائح الطعام إلى داخل الشقة بشكل مستمر وبقوة مزعجة أثرت على راحتنا. رابعاً: كانت الثلاجة معطلة عند الاستلام، كما أن الاستجابة لطلب الصيانة كانت بطيئة، مما زاد من مستوى عدم الرضا عن الخدمة.

بسم الله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله نبينا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم..السلام عليكم ورحمةالله وبركاته..أول شي وليست الأولى والأخيرة شكري وتقديري لجميع العاملين وعلى رأسهم ادارة بوكنق. ثانياً لقد سكنت من قبل تاور 2 وكذلك 3 ولما سكنت تاور 1 قارنت على التجربة السابقة والفرق شاسع جداً جداً الشقة جميلة وحلوة..صالة واسعة وكنب مريح وطاولة طعام مجهزة بجميع الاواني الفاخرة الخزفية والاسرة كبيرة ودورات المياةأكرمك الله فيها كل ماتحتاجة حتى ليفة الجسم وملطف اتوماتيك وكل يوم طبق من الفواكهة مجاناً وكذلك تشكيلة من الكاكاوات والمناشف صغار وكبار(دبل)وتغير كل يوم حسب الوقت الذي يناسبك اما المطبخ اواني مختارة صحياً منها الاستيل والخشب والربل وجميعها جديدة(يبدوا لي انة يحرص على استبدالها بعضهالتحاشي تراكم بقايا الزيت) ومكتب خاص فية حتى الطابعة ومستلزمات مكتبية وغسالة اتوماتيك للملابس(عالمية)ومستلزمات الكوي وفرن كبير ومكرويف وحماصة خبز وثلاجة كبيرة جداً وشاي اخظر واسود ماركات وسكرابيض ودايت وكافي وغلاية. والتلفزيون شاشة كبيرة وعريضة والنت مفتوح لجوالك ولتلفزيونك..وباب الشقة باسويرد لا تتعب نفسك وخدمات تجيك وانت في شقتك والقائم اخ فاضل ومحترم باكستاني حتى لم اسئلة عن اسمه من احترامة وخدماتة الجميلة في دقائق ويرسل كل صباح على موعد انا محددة عاملتين فلبينيتين(ميري) إنسانة تقوم بواجبها وترجع الشقة مثل ماكانت اول..انا صحيح أطلت عليكم..لكن بحكم إني زرت دولتنا الثانية والحبيبة اكثر من 40 مرة الإمارات وجدت تطور عالي للرفاهية والحفاظ على حقوق السائح من جميع الأمور..وفي الختام انصح بالسكن فيها بشدة ومن زارها ووجد كلامي صحيح لاينساني من صالح دوعاة..حمدمحمدعبدالله الماجد [email protected]
