Mählich Haus

Sehr schönes denkmalgeschütztes Fachwerkhaus, zentral und ruhig gelegen in Manderscheid, gute Ausstattung, freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Bäcker, Restaurants und die ausgesprochen freundliche Altstadtkneipe von Tommes direkt ums Eck. Wunderbare Umgebung mit Wandermöglichkeiten (empfehlenswert der Burgenstieg) und dem Meerfelder Maar.

The house is in an excellent location in the small town of Manderscheid. For example, the baker opens every day is only 2 minutes away. The house itself is spacious, including 3 bedrooms. Kitchen appliances, dishwasher and washing machine are all available, and in good condition. The accommodation was very clean upon arrival. Car could be parked directly in front of the house. The host was very pleasant and upon arrival provided us with some good tips for discovering the area. In fact, we could do many walks, climbs, and runs without taking the car. Also helped by the great weather, we very much enjoyed our stay in the Eifel; also nice Mosel towns are within reach.

Nothing that bothered us much: only for me personally (I am 2.00m) the kitchen and door openings were quite low, but (except for bumping head a few times) I could manage. There is no private seating area outside, but a small bench in front of the house can be used.
