The staff were great and helped us fix some things with our room. The apartment was very clean except the shower had obviously not been used for a while because it had a layer of dust that turned to wet black little dust bunnies all over the shower floor. The staff were very responsive to our needs: replacement frying pan, and replaced 3 light bulbs that were out.
One major problem: none of the windows locked and it was a ground floor apartment so security felt iffy. Everything went fine, but that made me nervous. This apartment is like a small trailer home next to the main lodge. We booked super late and could only get into the Cabana for our 5 nights, so we understand that we get what we get at that late stage. BUT: we'd stay at that vacation rental location again - just not in this Cabana apartment. They need to fix the windows before anyone else stays here. Also be aware that there is no air conditioning in this Cabana (we were there in July and needed cooling but just had to keep windows open).
