Location, near Rocky Mountains, near Estes Park. Building well maintained, river front with a really nice view that will calm your senses. Inside, appliances, fireplace, all great.
only thing was the sofa bed, while we slept at night, if we moved, it made a very loud squeaky noise you could hear all around the apartment and it would wake us up. It's so loud, you don't know if it was a door being tampered, or if it was the neighbors. Also, hope they didn't hear it. Very easy to fix.

Loved the location right off the River and having a full kitchen was a huge plus.
Air conditioning would have been nice as the first couple of days were first pretty warm.

The property was so clean and well maintained. It was also very quiet and peaceful. I felt very safe. The owner was prompt with getting back to me about a question I had at the end of my stay and so accommodating.
I honestly have no negative feedback towards the property or my stay. Everything was perfect for what I was expecting.
