Villa Beachfront Korčula was built in 2020 and renovated in 2021 in a contemporary style of construction. It offers guests 235 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 480 m2. It is fully air-conditioned and offers accommodation for a maximum of 12 people who will be accommodated in 6 bedrooms with double beds, 3 of which are on the ground floor, and the remaining 3 are on the upper floor. You can also use 4 separate bathrooms with showers, two of which are on the lower floor and two on the upper floor. The villa is designed in such a way that it consists of 4 smaller buildings, each of which contains a kitchen, a dining room with a dining table, and a living room that includes a sofa, a chest of drawers, and a TV. You will also be amazed by the view of the sea from all the living rooms that are part of the rooms. On the terrace, there is a common dining table for 10 people, and a special feature is the heated swimming pool, 24 m2 in size and 1.6 metres deep. Next to it, there are deckchairs for sunbathing, and there is also an outdoor kitchen and an outdoor charcoal or wood grill where you can prepare delicious traditional fish or meat dishes. Children and adults will be able to have fun playing table football or table tennis, and there are also darts. If necessary, you can use a baby cot, and additional content includes a washing machine and an iron. If you arrive at the villa by your own boat, you are provided with a mooring (kolpo morto) of up to 12 metres. There are 4 parking spaces outside the yard, and 500 metres of unpaved road leads to the villa. *If you are a fan of adrenaline and fun, kayaks and SUPs are available for an additional charge.
