Paradise - can’t wait to return.

We stayed in the Kamen green studio and loved every minute. Incredible view, wonderful infinity pool, private space, very well equipped, excellent wifi, and great hosts. We even saw dolphins.

Loved the location and the view

The location , the pool and the layout of the villa.

There were 2 families staying at the property with small children. In both cases they were extremely noisy. The family in the villa by the pool would smoke his cigar in the pool which was disgusting and made it unpleasant for everyone else. The family above us had a large altercation at 3am in the morning which woke us up. I am not sure if they didn’t know or didn’t care that we can hear everything being underneath them. Very inconsiderate.

The place itself was great.

Marking of the apartment at arrival is poor - faded sign. Before the stay I was informed by a message that that the key is in the box by apartment. How could I know at which one out of the 4 ones? It has meant extra efforts (searching which apartments is free, asking neighbors) at the beginning of my holiday - after driving 1000 km - very unpleasant. I called the owner, but he answered after 1,5 hour only. An e-mail one day before with instructions would certainly solve it. One of the cupboards is crawled with a worm. At 4* apartment and paying 4000 EUR for 12 nights I would expect a cleaning service and change of towels at least several times for the stay - as usual at this level. When I called the number of the cleaning lady given in the manual, the number did not work. I understand technical limitations in the island, I have no problem to go 1 km to the dustbin with my waste as required, but when I have paid for 4* hotel, I was unhappy to do it. CRITICAL THING - the pool is nice, but there are no security elements. When I entered first step (slowly), I slipped and fell down by my back on the edges of the staircase and luckily did not ended on a wheelchair. There is missing a railing and anti-slip pavement and this needs to be technically improved. In addition the the disclaimer at the sign above pool is about swimming, not about slippery floor, which could bring the owner some problems in case of injuries.

Apartments have everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The decor is absolutely lovely, and we even had a number of good books on the shelves (mostly in Slovien). We had most amazing stay!

Stunning elite residence

Elite residence, top notch everything. Outdoor sun lounges, incredible views, excellent air con, great little pool, private fire bbq, and my favourite was the residence dock and sea rock shelf area, able to dive direct into beautiful and deep water, but also safe.

Dirt road access, it's a fair way from amenities. Need to travel for decent restaurants, we cooked at home mostly happily. The complex is a community of apartments, don't expect total privacy. Very very steep driveway.

Exceptional

Absolute hidden gem that is well worth the extra hassle of getting there (easy with a car). The terrace and pool were fantastic for relaxing and taking in the open views and the sunsets were unreal. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Very friendly owner who gave us lots of recommendations for the local area and was always about chatting with the other guests and making sure everyone was ok.

Frist time on Korčula island

Property is on a very private and premium location. I would really recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy and relax. They just made a new infinity pool and it is gorgeous. The owner is very friendly and it will help you with anything and he really knows the best restaurants on island.

I will be as honest as possible: the location as such is wonderful. There is a private stone beach and the view is stunning.

There are 2 villas, one is older, one new. We booked an apartment in the new one. Once we arrived, we got shocked by the fact, that is was connected by a locked door with another apartment. Our bedroom was next to the bathroom of the apartment and we could hear everything. We called the owner who said, they will buy something to put on the wall to help the noise in 2 days, as it was weekend. But we could stay only until Friday and for the last night we would have to move back here. So we decided to switch apartments, as our stay was only 6 days. The other apartment was in the old villa, which you can obviously say it's older. Everything was kind of sticky, the equipment was basic. The terrace was small, hard to catch a shade in the afternoon. We decided we did not want to move back to the other apartment for the last night and the owner did not want to reimburse the last night fully, just partially. I'm sorry to write this, but he was quite arrogant.

Alles in allem eine Traumunterkunft!

Alles in allem eine Traumunterkunft! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist ruhig und perfekt zum Entspannen. Es gab ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die man wissen sollte: - Die Stühle auf der Terrasse sind für den Tisch etwas zu niedrig. - Im Hauptschlafzimmer lag die Abdeckung der Klimaanlage lose auf (wurde von uns wieder montiert). - An manchen Stellen fällt etwas Putz von der Wand. - Die Spülmaschine reinigt leider nicht optimal. - SUPs sind vorhanden, aber die Paddel sind nicht besonders praktisch, wir waren aber froh, dass es überhaupt welche gab. Wer Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, das sollte man wissen, für die wo vorhaben ohne Auto zu kommen.

Bardzo fajne miejsce na wypoczynek, szczególnie dla większej grupy chcącej mieszkać blisko ale w osobnych apartamentach.

Apartament fantastycznie położony z doskonałym widokiem. My mieszkaliśmy w najniższym (najbliżej wody) i jednocześnie największym a nasi znajomi nad nami. Apartamenty są położone schodkowo więc sobie nie przeszkadzają a widok z każdego jest odrobinę inny i nie mniej ciekawy. Wyposażenie bardzo dobre w praktycznie wszystko co potrzebne na kilka dni mieszkania i wypoczynku łącznie z SUP’ami do pływania po morzu.

Pewną niedogodnością były małe zasłony prysznicowe, wzięcie prysznica bez zalania całej łazienki było wyzwaniem. Pewną trudność stanowiła identyfikacja apartamentów 2-sypialnianych w booking’u tak by znajomi mieszkali bezpośrednio nad nami. Udało się, choć do końca nie byliśmy pewni.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach ein Traum. Wunderschön ist gar kein Ausdruck. Die Lage, das Meer zu Deinen Füßen.... Einfach unbeschreiblich schön. Das Appartement ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Die Fotos im Netz sind keine Übertreibung. Die liebevollen Details die sich durch die ganze Anlage ziehen runden das ganze Erlebnis ab. Vom Pool fang ich gar nicht erst an... Mega 🤩 Diese Unterkunft wird schwer zu toppen sein.
