Beautiful property

The property itself is really beautiful. I also loved the location, just a few steps from the sea. It is really good equipped, whether it is in the apartment or things for the water/beach. The area is quite, but the town just a 10-min car ride away. We enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately I can agree to previous reviews when it comes to cleanliness. It was not really dirty, but also not clean 100%. The nob in the shower was broken and not replaced.

Amazing apartment with a beautiful beach just a few meters away.

Everything was amazing — we were absolutely stunned by the location and the view. The pictures really don’t do it justice. The staff was kind and welcoming, always checking in on us. The beach is just a few meters away and very spacious. For those who don’t prefer the sea, the pool is also available at all times throughout the day. We will definitely be returning next year!

Beautiful property in a fantastic location

Fantastic location, not far from the town but still felt like we had the island to ourselves. Private beach and shared private pool. It was perfect. We used the cooking facilities which had everything we needed.

It would have been good to have some sort of recycling capability, some more tissue roll and bin bags

Great location with sea views from the terrace. 3 comfortable beds. Ivan was incredibly helpful. Bikes and paddle boards were available. Well looked after complex. Clean accommodation.

Sewage problem but it was fixed immediately. WiFi code in wall isn’t current. Be aware you need to hire a car or get a taxi to get food/drinks and taxis are beyond London prices

Nice and comfy vacation in pure natural environment

Location near very natural environment and nice and clean water sets this apartment at high level accommodation perfect for relaxation and summer enjoyment. Swimming pool as a big plus to all what you find and use, big and cozy balcony, ready for your family meals you can prepare in very functional kitchen. In addition, you can use SUP board (free of charge), contactless check in and out, available wifi, suitable for work and relaxation. Family loved it.

A BIG minus for us was the cleanliness of the apartment… it was really poor. The kitchen utilities were dirty, ALL the sheets,blankets and pillows were full of dog hair. (i have severe alergies) So I was really sad about that. :/

Amazing villa with spectacular views

Our hosts Igor and Barbara were wonderful and super nice. They provided use with a world of information upon arrival of where to eat and places to visit. The villa was very clean, comfortable and is better than the pics in the booking. We loved this place and will come back for sure.

No fault of the property owners but the cell service did not work inside the villas, it worked once you went to your car. And oh yes, you need a car to stay here. Everything else was paradise.

I went there with my best friends for a holiday. When we got to Villa Kamen, we were speechless. How beautiful this place is. 10min by a car from Vela Luka Amazing beautiful view and clean/ comfortable room. Every morning we went to the market and got fresh food and cooked. The kitchen has all tools that you need for cooking, and every day we enjoy cooking. The hosts gave us many tips and were helpful. Everything he recommended to us was TOP ;)) We needed this silence and beautiful nature. You will enjoy this place from morning to night because you will see both sides' beautifulness. Hope to come back soon! I'm not going to post any pictures from there because I'd like you to go there and see how beautiful it is.

Es war so toll, wir haben schon für das nächste Jahr gebucht.

Toller Zugang zum Meer, super-bequeme Daybeds auf der Terrasse, gratis SUP für die Gäste, toller Blick aufs Meer. In der Nachsaison absolut entspannt.

Traumurlaub in Wilder Natur

Unfassbare Lage! Terrasse direkt am Meer. Schöne, geschmackvolle Wohnung. Der Urlaub fand hauptsächlich auf der überdachten Terrasse statt.

Alles tutti, umfangreich ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, freien SUPs usw. Achtung: für uns als Paar egal, aber für mehr Personen wichtig: die Schlafgelegenheit sind nicht/nur bedingt räumlich voneinander getrennt. Das Hauptbett ist super bequem und groß, die anderen beiden Betten sind auch bequem, aber deutlich schmaler. Einfach nur berücksichtigen. Es ist viel für Mückenschutz getan. Aan und Notfallstift sind trotzdem angebracht.

Niesamowity widok na otwarte morze oraz dizajn - połączenie klimatu śródziemnomorskiego z boho - totalny chillout wewnątrz i na zewnątrz - to rzadkie połączenie w Chorwacji która ma najpiękniejsze wybrzeże w eu ale często dizajn apartamentów jest albo sprzed dekad albo nowoczesny ale w zimnym klimacie nie kolerujący z otoczeniem.

Sąsiedztwo… większość apartamentów zajmowały spokojne pary ale do większego apartamentu przyjechało aż 8 turystów z Polaki - bardzo głośnych nie szanujących wypoczynku sąsiadów. Zwłaszcza w nocy. Może warto ustalić zasady korzystania z obiektu - godziny poza którymi nie wolno zakłócać ciszy nocnej i opisać tak jak jest to opisane przy basenie.

Najlepsze wakacje! Gwarancja pogody na wakacje.

Piękny apartament z widokiem na morze, z basenem tylko dla gości hotelu. Dodatkowo prywatna, jednakże skalista plaża. Leżaki i SUPy do dyspozycji gości. Grill również dla wszystkich. Apartamenty w pełni wyposażone we wszystkie sprzęty, tak jak w domu. Polecam serdecznie dla osób, pragnących ciszy i spokoju.

Fantastisch und entspannt!

Das allergrößte Plus: Die Lage dieser Unterkunft ist unvergleichlich! Wir waren 2 Wochen vor Ort und haben diesen Urlaub rundum genossen. Aufgrund der negativen Bewertungen bezüglich Sauberkeit habe ich im Vorfeld Kontakt aufgenommen und (wegen bestehender Allergien) gebeten, auf eine gründliche Vorreinigung zu achten. Mir wurde sofort geantwortet und es war alles äußerst reinlich, als wir ankamen. Die Ausstattung war überraschenderweise ebenfalls sehr umfangreich, es gab nichts, das uns fürs Kochen etc. gefehlt hätte. Dass kein Backofen vorhanden war, wussten wir im Vorfeld und deshalb haben wir uns diese Ausstattung auch nicht erwartet. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass es viel gemeinschaftlich genutztes "Material" zum Ausleihen gibt, das auch von den anderen Nutzern pfleglich behandelt und rasch zurückgebracht wird (Sonnenschirme, Liegen, Paddelboards, elektr. Pfannen, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett...). Tipp: Der Fischmarkt in Vela Luka ist sehr empfehlenswert! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Ein Wechsel der Handtücher zumindest nach 1 Woche wäre schön gewesen, war aber kein Problem, da es ja eine frei nutzbare Waschmaschine gab und wir uns so geholfen haben. (Die Waschmaschine hat manchmal gezickt, aber immer funktioniert.)

Zauberhaftes Kleinod mit phantastischem Ausblick

Sagenhafter Ausblick, toller Pool - Umgebung sehr ruhig - Kaffeemaschine, zwei Herdplatten, Wasserkocher vorhanden. Wir hatten das oberste Appartment der Villa Kamen Blue. Die überdachte Terrasse bietet hier genug Platz zum Speisen und zwei Liegemöglichkeiten.

Baden an der Unterkunft ist bedingt möglich - nur bei ruhiger See und als guter Schwimmer. Aufbackmöglichkeiten, wie einen Toaster, sollte man selbst mitbringen.
