Spend a wonderful holiday in this luxurious holiday home with pool, whirlpool and sauna. Villa Alma is surrounded by fragrant Mediterranean vegetation and is the ideal retreat for a break from everyday life. Relax here with a cup of fragrant coffee or a glass of wine, listen to your favourite music or spend an entertaining evening over a convivial meal with family or friends. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool in the beautiful garden first thing in the morning. Villa Alma is located on a shared plot together with three other villas. The courtyards are separated by hedges and trees, so your privacy is guaranteed. The villas share two tennis courts, a basketball hoop, two playgrounds and a bowling area. Discover Svetvinenat with the imposing Morosini-Grimani Castle in the town centre, the historic Renaissance square and the surrounding churches, which form the cultural heart of the town. Concerts, festivals and traditional events take place here, especially in the summer months, combining history and lively town life. Enjoy the local cuisine in konobas and restaurants and try Istrian specialities that reflect the rich culinary heritage of the region. Take advantage of the peaceful, natural surroundings for walks, bike rides or simply relaxing hours away from everyday life. Take a short trip to the beaches of Istria and combine relaxation in nature with days spent swimming by the sea. Please note: There is a charge of 10 per hour for use of the tennis court at night, payable on site. Daily use is free of charge. The pool is closed from November to April. Please note that this property only accepts youth groups or stag and hen parties on payment of a refundable deposit. If you are a youth group or stag party, you will be asked to pay the deposit upon arrival.
