Stunning location and extremely comfortable. The attention to details is great, the design of the villa as well. We loved the sauna, the jacuzzi and the bikes were a lovely surprise. The whole house and the property is just incredible

Everything was perfect and the host really nice and available. The self check-in is very well organized. The property is huge with a lot of different included services from sauna, to fitness room and bikes.

The closest good restaurant is about 20 min drive which is limiting your options for eating out

Das Ferienhaus zeichnet sich durch ein riesiges Grundstück in ruhiger Lage mit tollen Ausstattungsgegenständen aus. Von dort aus erreicht man den Strand in ca. 20 Autominuten. Pula und Rovinj sind mit dem Auto ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Großes Luxusgefühl trotz gemütlicher Landhausatmosphäre. Viele Sitzgelegenheiten in Sonne und Schatten sowie schöne Bepflanzungen lassen großes Wohlfühlgefühl aufkommen. Pool, Sauna und Whirlpool liegen dicht beieinander. Die Außen-/Nebenküche ist mit vielen Küchengeräten ausgestattet, so dass man beim Kochen nichts vermisst. Der Kontakt zur Vermietung war stets sehr gut und unkompliziert, sollten einmal kleinere Probleme oder Fragen auftreten.

Vereinzelt waren Glühbirnen defekt oder Batterien leer, was aber zu keinem Zeitpunkt einschränkend gewesen wäre.

Really lovely house, beautiful with large pool and well-equipped with everything. We used the taverna/summer kitchen for most of our meals and the kitchen in the main house only for breakfast. Nice bedrooms with aircon, good beds and clean bathrooms. Friendly caretaker and empty gas bottle for gas stove quickly replaced.

The coffee machine requiring specific capsules that contain so much plastic per capsule that is feels really weird to use them. It would be great to have a coffee machine with beans that you can fill. The second coffee machine in the taverna was too old and did not give good coffee.
