Reviews are misleading!

Wasn’t much to like about the property. Reviews indicated it was clean, comfortable and in a disruptive location.

The room had a strong perfume smell. We finally found two air fresheners plugged in which we moved as the scent was way over powering. You can hear people at all hours walking heavily upstairs. The morning getting their sex on, televisions, voices.. I believe this was the owner of the home. When asking by message if they would contact them and ask them to walk lighter the message was ghosted. The space is something put together to make a small apartment. The washer and dryer are next to the shower. The room is dirty with old grungy carpets, we never walked around without our shoes on. The dishes in the cabinet were dirty, drawers had old take out napkins, maybe a disposable tablecloth, dirty microwave tray, dining table has dried in food around the edges. The bed didn’t have adequate blankets, the in wall air conditioner/heater cycles continually and is extremely loud. The room we stayed backed up to a yard with an extremely bright light so the room is impossible to darken at night. The facilities are way over priced for the quality. Bathroom towels are tired and dingy. Bed linens are worn out and the bed, it’s like sleeping in a rock! The futon sofa in the living space area is lumpy and uncomfortable. It’s covered with a moving type quilt. The television in the front area is clamped onto a wobbly tv stand which apparently plugs in next to the toaster should someone wish to watch it. This property should not be set up as an Airbnb type rental. The spaces need an intense cleaning.
