Perfect space for what I needed. I stayed for 3 weeks while rotating at Mercy General Hospital as a visiting medical student. The location was very close to the freeway, and my commute was a reasonable 10-15 minutes. The main street in front of the property can get a little noisy at times, but it was never overwhelming. The neighbors were quiet throughout my stay, and I had no issues at all.The host was very friendly and responsive, which I really appreciated. There is also an incredible taco shop just a few steps away from the property that is 100% worth checking out. The people who run it are super friendly, and the food is delicious and authentic.I also appreciated having a washer and dryer on site, along with a few kitchen amenities that I used daily, especially the Keurig coffee pod machine and air fryer, both of which were in good condition. The property is a little dated, but it was clean, comfortable, and perfect for what I needed. There is no carpet, just hardwood floors, which I actually appreciated. I felt safe during my stay, and there are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores a short drive away. I would stay here again if I came back to Sacramento.

The place was as advertised. It was great for my dog. I engaged with the landlord a few times… He’s a great guy. I would stay there again.
