Great location

Odd that we had two unused bedrooms with furniture but no bedding

Maybe put a note on those doors that explains it’s a two bedroom rental and these two rooms are unfinished

Main issue was Elevator broken and
I was on crutches - owner never mentioned this I just assumed there would be a working elevator
Dirty hallways - definitely college housing
garbage was left out in the hallways, and there were spilled beer in a couple locations in the hallway.
beds were not that comfortable. No mattress pads on them so they felt like plastic
and linen was very minimal
No extra blankets anywhere in the apartment.
There’s one wall controller for the AC for the whole unit so there’s a big discrepancy with how cold it was in the kitchen area versus the bedrooms
Only One washcloth in bathroom was annoying for a 3 day stay
No Kleenex anywhere
No hair dryer or amenities that a hotel Would have
