Convenient to university and downtown close to restaurants. Great coffee shop located at the complex and nice pizza place also located there. The unit we were in was a 2 bedroom unit on the first floor which caused security lights to be a problem at night making the room too bright. It was very well equipped with appliances and utensils washer and dryer unit was clean and quiet. Key fob pickup was not working but a phone call got that figured out which only delayed our entry by 30 minutes. Overall a good experience.

Location
Missing a few items in kitchen and bathrooms. Need some smaller glasses for juice etc. Only three large fragile ones was not enough, dish detergent, tea towels, bath soap

The floor plan was very well-thought-out. The yard and the pool looked to be amazing, but rain kept us away. The attached restaurant was of great quality.
I enjoyed some of the amazing pizza.
Having only one set of key fobs made it difficult for multiple people to go and do separate things.
