The space
A Slice of Heaven at the Clemson Dike is truly a unique and special location with incredible views of Lake Hartwell. Walk to Clemson`s campus, Memorial Stadium, Doug Kingsmore Baseball Stadium and the new McWhorter Softball Stadium. Located just behind the Esso Club, this 4 bedroom 4 bath townhome with 3 levels is waiting for your group to enjoy a trip to Clemson!
The main level features a bedroom with a Queen bed and full bath. There is an open living and dining area that look out to the large deck with a full unobstructed view of the lake over the Clemson Dike and Lake Hartwell. You can`t beat Clemson Sunsets over Lake Hartwell from the large back deck. Enjoy grilling out and eating meals at the large dining table (seats 4) and pull up bar (seats 3).
Upstairs features 2 additional bedrooms each with adjoining private baths . The primary bedroom with a King size bed, adjoining private bathroom with tub/shower combo and vanity area features a private deck and full views of the Lake Hartwell from the bedroom. The second bedroom upstairs features two twin of full size bunk beds, a children`s play table and has an adjoining bathroom with stand up shower. The adjoining laundry room has a washer and dryer.
On the lower level there is a living room, kitchenette area with full stove/oven, microwave and counter space. The living room area opens out onto an outdoor patio with views of the lake to enjoy. The bedroom has a Queen size bed and full bath with stand up shower.
Just behind the town home is the well traveled path to the Clemson Dike as well as a small public beach area on Lake Hartwell with incredible views of Littlejohn Coliseum and Death Valley!

We came in to town to go to a Clemson Football game. The location of the house was amazing, we were able to walk to game and to check out the campus. Great house for families.

We had the greatest time at our Slice of Heaven. The location, space, etc. were all wonderful. We were celebrating our daughter's Ring Ceremony at Clemson. We had several seniors with us and this location provided a safe and convenient place for all. It is not handicapped accessible, which we didn't need, but otherwise was wonderful. Highly recommend and look forward to visiting again someday.

Desperately needs new mattresses and all bedrooms. We had guest that left early because the mattresses and every single room are straight springs!!! as soon as you sit on the bed they start popping and you hear the springs cracking!! My kids had to sleep on the couch in the living room!!
I was not informed of the parking until the day of check in. If you plan on having more than two cars, then do not book this house!! The driveway is awful and drops off and makes parking for two cars almost impossibly!!! We had two very large SUVs and it was a nightmare parking!!!!! A third car would not have been able to park there. And there’s no parking on the street at this location! If you park on the street, you get towed. So one of the guests that we’re supposed to stay with us had to get another place because of the parking situation!!
We also had to kill several bugs while we were there. There were a few crawling up the wall. I feel there might be a wasp problem but we killed a three wasp inside the house!!! it was cold while we were there, so none of the doors were open, so there was no way for them to get in!!
Unfortunately, the shower only has enough hot water for one shower at a time. we had to take a shower and give it at least 45 minutes to an hour to heat back up or we were all taking cold showers!!
I hate to leave negative reviews, but for the price that we paid these are some issues that definitely need to be addressed.
