Nothing really. I would rate it disappointing but I don’t want to be rude to the host.
The host’s constant presence felt uncomfortable, as there was no separate entrance—we had to use the main door, which meant disturbing them each time.
Communication was also difficult since the host spoke very little English; even simple requests often took 5–10 minutes to explain. Despite booking for two people, we were given only one towel and one hand towel.
Most disappointing, though, was discovering that many of the listed facilities, including the washer/dryer, came at an extra cost. This disrupted our holiday planning and left us frustrated.
