Muito espaçoso e cozinha completa. O banheiro dividido também é bem prático. O lical é bem tranquilo, tem estacionamento.
Senti falta de pano de prato na cozinha e papel higiênico. Também fez falta uma lavanderia ou um lugar para poder lavar alguma roupa de urgencia.
