A very pleasant stay, thank you for everything!

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, a bit out of town. It takes about 5 bicycle-minutes to reach the centre. The apartment was very nice - spacious, very functional and the host was a very friendly lady. We felt very much at home.

Good place for stay

Good equipped studio, with kitchenette, spacious bathroom and enough space for the bags. Bed is very comfortable. Easy to find, with free parking. A bit to far from the centre but you can get there by car in few minutes.

El alojamiento está muy bien. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y agradable. Hay aparcamiento gratuito al lado del mismo.

Nada, todo fue bien. El único inconveniente es tener que coger el coche para ir al centro de Fougères, pero son 5 minutos y lo indican en el anuncio. Todo estuvo bien.

- Kommunikation mit Vermieter - sehr saubere Unterkunft + Dusche - bequemes Bett mit harter Matratze - gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile, Kühlschrank inkl. Gefrierfach - Parkplatz an der Straße, waren aber einige Parkplätze frei

- alles gut, danke:-)

Molto confortevole

Appartamento molto spazioso, ben arredato e con molti servizi a disposizione. Check-in autonomo. Ampia scelta di shampoo e bagnoschiuma, doccia molto spaziosa. Posizione comoda in auto, con parcheggio disponibile nelle vicinanze e a 5 minuti dal castello di Fougeres.

Appartamento al piano terra, solamente una delle due finestre è completamente opacata per cui bisogna tenere la serranda abbassata di una delle due per non essere visti dalla strada, entra comunque luce a sufficienza dentro l’appartamento.

Très propre, bien équipé, literie confortable et assez calme malgré les tours d'immeuble autour. Parking gratuit et facile, arrivée autonome et bien expliquée.

Parking un peu loin ... j'avais de gros bagages que je ne pouvais pas laisser dans la voiture. Surprise par l'environnement : plusieurs immeubles d'au moins 10 étages...

Prévoir un rideau sur la grande baie. Siphon pas nettoyer correctement. WC a côté du lavabo pas judicieux. Assez bruyant au hall d'entrée( porte qui claque) et discussion forte dans le hall. bruyant sous les fenetres

Pouvoir se préparer un café dès son arrivée c'est vraiment sympa ! Le lit est confortable (je suis sujet aux problèmes de dos et je me suis levé le matin en pleine forme). Un rapport qualité/prix difficilement égalable.

Das Appartement ist in einem kleinen Hochhaus in einem Modellviertel. Wer sich für Architektur und Wohnungsbau in Frankreich interessiert, hat hier noch ein zusätzliches Highlight. Die Leute im Haus und im Viertel waren wirklich freundlich. Am nächsten Kreisverkehr ist die beste Boulangerie, die wir in den letzten Jahren in Frankreich besucht haben.
