Suitable for our stay.

Location close to centre although in a poorer area.

Arrived early at 3.30pm and sat in the car. At 4.10pm telephoned owner three times. Long fast Answer phone message each time in French. Left a message. Asked a young man to help us understand the answer phone message. His English was poor. The information we had was incorrect. The location of the lockbox had been changed. The 4 pm automatic message came through finally at 4.20pm. We then got in OK. In fairness there had been a message in French about the key location but my phone did not have roaming. I picked it up when I got back to the UK! inside the hallway, ground floor and access up the stairs is grim. The apartment is OK. tight in the bathroom but nice hot water. Awkward to get out of the double bed in the night as it was against a wall. We are OAPs and need the facilities!

Séjour calme dans un petit logement complet et agréable.

Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et dans la salle de bain. Il y a un supermarché pas loin. Le logement est propre, calme et bien rénové. J'ai récupéré les clés facilement, et pareil pour les instructions.

Il y a parfois un peu de bruit avec le bac de récupération de verre dans la rue. Un petit bureau pour travailler compléterait bien les meubles.

Agréable dans l'ensemble

L'emplacement de l'appartement est bon. Il est proche de pleins de commerces et le château est accessible à pied assez vite. Il y a également une vue sur une petite église donc c'est agréable et le quartier est plutôt calme. L'équipement est propre rien à reprocher là-dessus. La literie est très confortable.

Dans la chambre à coucher, le manque de rideaux ou de moyens de cacher lumière des lampadaires de la ville rendait l'endormissement plus difficile. Installer des rideaux plus opaques serait un gain de confort visuel. Autrement bon lieu!

Super appartement tout confort

Arrivée autonome par boite à clé simple (consignes reçues automatiquement sur messagerie Booking à 16h le jour de l'arrivée - claires et faciles a suivre). Rue calme en sens unique dans laquelle il y a des places de parking gratuites. Il faut toutefois un peu chercher pour trouver une place mais ça va. Parfaitement bien situé pour visiter la ville de Fougères. Appartement vaste, extrêmement propre. Literie très confortable. Fenêtres fermées par volets roulants électriques Tout est à disposition (serviettes toilette, tapis de sol pour SdB, shampooing, gel douche, savon à main, sèche cheveux, mouchoirs en papier, torchons, éponge, liquide vaisselle, capsules café, thé, sucre, sel, poivre, vinaigre...)

Manquerait vraiment juste de l'huile pour quand on cuisine pour un seul repas... On entend un peu les pas des personnes (pied nus ou en chaussons, pas de gros claquements de chaussures...) de l'appartement du dessus mais ce n'est pas "rédhibitoire", uniquement les inconvénients de la collectivité...

Apartamento aceptable con detalles a mejorar.

El apartamento está situado frente a la iglesia del tranquilo barrio de Bonabry a unos 15 minutos a pie de la Oficina de Turismo. Cama cómoda. Tiene abundante información turística de la zona. Dispone de persianas eléctricas con mando a distancia lo cual es importante para poder dormir ya que las cortinas son muy finas. Hay un aparcamiento gratuito muy cerca.

El portal y las zonas comunes del edificio son deprimentes. Están sucias y descuidadas.

Situé à un km du château, il n'était pas nécessaire de reprendre la voiture. Nous y sommes allés à pieds grâce au plan de la ville qui se trouvait dans l'appartement. Tres belle surprise de découvrir ce très bel et propre appartement après un passage dans un logement plus vieillot.

Bien situé, proche du centre mais tout de même calme. Cuisine équipée. Parking gratuit dans la rue, arrivée flexible et instructions claires.

Pas de four dans la cuisine et salle de bain un peu petite mais ce sont des détails qui n’empêchent pas de passer un bon séjour.

L'appartement est très bien situé, proche de commerces et à quelques minutes du centre-ville à pied. C'est un bel endroit dans lequel on se sent bien : bien aménagé, très bien équipé, très reposant après la promenade ou la visite du château. Un très beau lieu avec un rapport qualité/prix excellent. Hautement recommandable.

Petit bémol (en fait un détail qui n'enlève rien au confort global du logement) : le lavabo de la salle de bain a le défaut de sa qualité : un peu petit, il demande parfois de se contorsionner pour se rincer les dents quand on prend l'eau directement de la bouche au robinet. Une solution simple : utiliser un verre, ce qui économise l'eau et est bien plus pratique.
