Location wise was very good close to the tube,from arrival greeted and Ali was incredibly helpful with any queries we had.How to get in and out of the property explained well.

The location is good as it is within a 10 min walking distance from two different tube lines that go to the city center. There is an elevator which is nice when you have heavy luggage. The staff was very nice.
The accomodation is mostly worth the cost. We didn’t enjoy that we were unable to open the windows. It was a bit uncomfortable that the door to the unit with shared bathroom was open during the day and it would be helpful if there was at least a small mirror in the room. The shower was a bit old and although it was freshly cleaned, it was a bit dirty in the sense that it is old and used.
