Shoreditch Stay Inn

La chambre est très spacieuse et très bien équipée. La machine à laver est un +. Le lit est confortable, il y avait des ventilateurs pour la chaleur mais ce n’était pas insupportable honnêtement.

La télé ne fonctionne pas sans partage de connexion, attention. Encore une fois, la poussière n’était pas faite sous le lit. Mais à part ça, tout était nickel.

L’emplacement est GÉNIAL. Le quartier est très sympa, il y a plein de magasins autour, supermarché à 5min. C’est la rue des friperies, assez connue, de Londres. L’hôte était très réactif quand je lui ai demandé de régler le problème d’eau chaude. Il a immédiatement fait venir quelqu’un et appelé British Gas le lendemain et le problème était réglé.

La seule chose c’est que la poussière n’était pas faite sous les lits. Et que la salle de bain était partagée alors que ce n’était pas explicite dans le titre de l’annonce (pour l’appartement 3).

I've stayed here twice now. Once in the studio apartment and once in one of the double bedrooms. It's comfortable and simple. The beds are good. The owner replaced a broken fan within 24 hours which was a life-saver. Location is great, really enjoyable being right on Brick Lane for food/drinks options and the weekend markets. Check in pretty straight forward and there are plenty of towels. There was an iron in the room, space to hang clothes and a kettle/tea making stuff. Would stay again.

The shared bathroom is fine but there is no shower curtain, so the floor gets soaked. The shower takes about 5 minutes to warm up and it a bit weedy but useable eventually. A shower curtain would be such an easy thing to sort out. Obviously, because you're sharing with other guests it depends if they have the mental capacity to flush the toilet after use or not leave tissue all over the floors and things; mixed results there. I've stayed twice in 2 months and neither time was the WiFi working. You can connect to a router but there's no internet. If you get the passcode on the front door wrong a few times, a siren goes off and you're locked out for 5 mins. That siren can be quite annoying at 1am when some idiot is repeatedly putting the wrong code in. A desk + chair in the room would have been really handy.

De communicatie met de beheerder was heel erg fijn. Zeer beleefd en op tijd met reageren.

Erg onhygiënisch, vuil, de douche werkte niet goed en je kon je niet goed schoonmaken. Veel schimmel in de badkamer.
