Lovely property with everything I needed for a comfortable 3 night stay. The owner is quite responsive and very friendly

The apartment is very safe and secure. It has a lift which is great for luggage. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay - hob for cooking, kitchenware, TV (with good English channels), lovely comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Just across the road is a fully stocked supermarket, and kiosk/post office and a pharmacy about 100m away. The location is perfect for walking everywhere and handy to bus stops - 5min walk.

Very good but a little small

I liked the location and the opportunity to cook there, there was a big closet and the bed was comfortable

It was smaller than expeted, the kitchenette didnt have all the equipment needed for cooking, and the shower was so small the entire bathroom got wet when showering

I like the location. Its accessible from supermarket, bus station. It felt safe.

I dont like the pick-up point of the keys. Its very inconvenient to walk back and forth just to get the keys. The instruction is a bit off. It needs more details, perhaps a photo. Its feels awkward to go inside the gate, while the instruction said its infront of the main door building.

Value for the money and good location.

Good location 10 minutes to train station and city center by walking. There are two big markets in front of the apartment. Price is very affordable comparing to other apartments/hotels around the area. The host is very responsive. It has a small kitchen with all amenities you need. It has a spacious bathroom. If you don’t expect 5 star hotel treatment, you will have a very happy stay.

There were minor problems but host resolved quickly.

Excellent location, super near the city center. Also te apartment was really clean and cozy. In front of the apartment there is a big supermarket and a pizza restaurant.

Suffisant pour 3nuits mais si vous avez des exigences de confort cela ne vous conviendra pas

Proximité du centre et de la gare des bus. Indication relativement clair pour le Check in et Check out.

Ménage moyennement correct avec des taches de café sur le meuble et d’autres sur le micro-ondes de la poussière sous les lits et dans les meubles. Salle de bain détériorée par une fuite d’eau lié au fait que la douche ne soit pas fermé. En prenant la douche nous mouillons l’intégralité du sol et les toilettes même en faisant attention. Mur en mauvaise état et insonorisation mauvaise nous entendons tous les fait et gestes des voisins. Peu de vaisselle à disposition et également pas toujours très propre. Ventilation rafistolée avec du scotch qui fait un bruit monstre jour et nuit. À noter également que la boîte à clés à l’arrivée est située bien plus loin que le logement ce qui est peu agréable avec les bagages à se balader pendant 20-30 min.

Locale molto piccolo dove in due persone si fatica anche ad aprire le valigie. Pulizie e mantenimento non buoni affatto, abbiamo persino trovato una scatoletta di carne aperta nel frigorifero.

El alojamiento está bien para el precio, está muy bien ubicado en todo el centro de Rovaniemi, limpio y funcional ya que tiene cocina pequeña y se pueden preparar los alimentos.

No puede ser que se tenga que recoger la llave en otro lugar y menos en invierno con una temperatura de -15. Es increíble.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Man muss lediglich etwa 500 Meter auf die andere Seite von Rovaniemi gehen und ist direkt im Stadtkern. Im Vergleich zu den Preisen anderer Anbieter im Zeitraum vom 18.12.25 bis 23.12.25 war die Unterkunft relativ günstig, allerdings dennoch teuer in Bezug auf die Ausstattung. Dies liegt jedoch klar an der hohen Nachfrage und dem starken Tourismusaufkommen zu dieser Jahreszeit. Trotzdem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit, konnten Rovaniemi in vollen Zügen genießen und in der Unterkunft hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Die Einstellung der Heizung war für uns leider nicht ganz verständlich. Tagsüber war es gefühlt eher kühl, während es nachts sehr warm wurde. Die Unterkunft ist ideal für einen kurzen Aufenthalt von etwa vier Tagen und für zwei Personen, allerdings hauptsächlich, wenn man viel unterwegs ist. Der Raum ist mit schätzungsweise ca. 12 m² plus Bad recht klein. Für einen Städtetrip und als Ausgangspunkt, um Rovaniemi zu erkunden, war die Unterkunft dennoch gut geeignet.

sijainti kelpo, lähellä tarvitsemiani palveluja. avain ja huoneisto löytyivät sujuvasti. nukuin hyvin ja sikeästi, rauhallisuudesta plussaa. vuode laadukas. yhden yön ylitykseen saatan tulla toistekin. kaunis valaisin :)

hinta oli selkeästi korkea, paikkakuntalisä näkyi. hotelli aamiaisella kilpailee näillä hinnoilla jo kummasti. taloustavarat varsin niukat kahdelle. esim. sakset puuttuivat.

La posizione vicina al centro, appartamento utile per una notte.

Molto disagevole dover recuperare in un’altra strada le chiavi per aprire l’appartamento. Il monolocale è piccolissimo e con pulizia poco accurata. Sotto il tappeto, spostato per non sporcarlo con le ruote della valigia, c’erano sassolini e sabbia che abbiamo dovuto pulire per non portarli anche nel letto. Per due ospiti c’erano un totale di 3 asciugamani ma nessun telo per la doccia. È un appartamento poco curato, basterebbe poco per renderlo più accogliente.

Das Zimmer war leider nicht geräumig und ziemlich zugestellt. Die Gardinen waren leider defekt. Es fehlte einiges an Küchenaustattung. Die Heizung konnte man nicht regulieren.

La camera è molto piccola, ideale solo per una notte. Il bagno non ha la doccia separata per cui si bagna tutto. Abbiamo trovato dei capelli attaccati al muro.
