Great stay in Rovaniemi

Fantastic location right next to the bus stop to get to the Ounasvaara ski resort and Santa's Village. The apartment was very comfortable with lots of extra blankets and a super well-stocked kitchen (they even had aluminum foil!) The hosts were kind enough to let us check in a couple hours early because the apartment was already ready. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Central location and good value

Well fitted studio and comfortable apartment. Host is very helpful too. Good location and quiet. The AirPort Express bus stop is just on the corner which is also where you can catch the Santa Village Express. Supermarket about 80m up the road and I was able to find vegan and gluten free options.

Totally worth your money.

The property is very clean especially the bathroom. They provide daily amenities so you will feel like home. Everything there works well. The building also has an elevator so you need to drag your luggages to the top floor. I will definitely stay here again if i am back to Rovaniemi someday.

Parkkipaikka oli suhteellisen ahdas, eikä alkuun meinannut hahmottaa, että kyseessä on vinoparkki. Yksi asia, mikä myös lisäisi entisestään mukavuutta, olisi HDMI kaapeli, että saisi tietokoneen kytkettyä televisioon🫣

Ein sehr komfortables Apartment und sehr nette Gastgeber

Das Apartement ist sehr groß, sauber und komfortabel; es war mit allem ausgestattet, was man so benötigt. Insofern kann man hier auch sehr gut einen mehrwöchigen Urlaub verbringen. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Lage ist zentral, 10 Meter von der Haustür sind Bushaltestellen, an der alle wichtigen Buslinien halten. Das City Center ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Vom Balkon aus konnte ich trotz der Lichter der Stadt und des dunstigen Wetters tanzende Nordlichter beobachten. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend. Die Infos mit den Zugangsdaten und dem Pkw-Stellplatz wurden weit im Voraus übersendet, sogar mit Screenshots. Herzlichen Dank nochmals für eure Gastfreundschaft, Petri!

とにかく綺麗でした！手が行き届いているなぁという印象です。食器や調理器具も揃っていて助かりました。オーナーが準備してくださったのか、前の宿泊者の方が置いていったのか定かではないですが、ちょっとした調味料も備わっていました。オーナーの方も事前に鍵の受け渡しの仕方について連絡をくださったり、チェックアウト時のお願いも連絡をくださったり、とても丁寧でした。オーナーの方のセンスだと思いますが、インテリアがおしゃれで可愛く、素敵な空間でした。クッションや枕も柔らかくふわふわで気持ちよかったです。外に出て通りに出て数十秒歩くと、サンタクロース村行きのバス停もありとても便利でした。

時期が時期であったため仕方ないのですが、料金が高いこと。どうしてもヘルシンキ滞在中の宿泊金額と比べると高く感じてしまいます。ただこの時期にこの値段で立地の良いところに宿泊できたのはラッキーなのかなと思っています。

monolocale perfetto. arredamento artico, che ti permette l'immediata immersione nel territorio. piccino, funzionale, pulito, ordinato. fin troppi dettagli, dal ferro da stiro, alla triplice macchina da caffè (moka, french press, americano), alla lavastoviglie. lo abbiamo adorato! (non fatevi ingannare dalla mancanza del box doccia: la pendenza del pavimento è studiata alla perfezione, e il bagno non si bagna minimamente). consigliatissimo!

L'appartamento era fornito di tutti gli utensili da cucina (bollitore, tostapane, forno a microonde), di un'ottima smart tv, di una cassa Bluetooth e di un angolo lettura. L'appartamento era caldo, nonostante i - 30 gradi all'esterno, accogliente e il bagno dotato di un pavimento riscaldato in bagno. Ottima esperienza!
