Very nice

The apartment itself is really nice: modern, comfortable and very well located, close to everything in Rovaniemi. Clean, cozy and exactly as described.

The host's attitude dampened the experience. There is a huge gap between checkout (11:00) and check-in (16:00). We asked for an early check-in update, were told we’d be notified, but never heard back, forcing us to wait outside in the cold until 16:00 sharp. A bit more flexibility or at least better communication would match the high quality of the apartment.

Great experience

It is a great place to stay, it is close to the centre and all the facilities are there. They have a dishwasher and wasmachine as well. The landlord was also very friendly.

It says that there is airconditioning however, that did not work so it was really hot. Furthermore, it is hard to find. Also, the sleeping couch did not sleep great.

La ubicación y el apartamento. Es nuevo y hace calorcito.

Las toallas son muy viejas y te dejan 2 de mano y 2 más pequeñas. De baño, ninguna. En un alojamiento nuevo, unas toallas nuevas de Ikea estarían fenomenal. Si tienes el pelo largo, no hay un secador y no es precisamente el lugar más adecuado para salir con el pelo mojado y la cama, es un sofá cama. No es muy cómodo. Hay otra cama, pero es como de niño. El apartamento está enfocado para dos adultos.

Se proprio devo segnalare qualcosa suggerirei di dotare la struttura di asciugacapelli, qualche rotolo carta igienica in più (2 rotoli per 2 notti ad una famiglia con bimbi piccoli sembra poco) e migliorabile il confort del letto matrimoniale che di fatto è un divano letto non molto comodo....detto ciò esperienza comunque più che positiva e struttura consigliata

Ubicación ideal y calefacción perfecta

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, está genial al lado del centro y de la parada del autobús que te lleva a los sitios más importantes. También la calefacción es magnífica, siempre calentitos, el tema de la lavadora que la puedes usar perfectamente y la cocina con todos los utensilios necesarios para una estancia agradable. Además nos dejaron entrar antes de la hora del cehckin y eso es de agradecer.

La limpieza está relajada, no es del todo buena. El tema de las camas sin hacer, llegas y tienes la ropa de cama para ponerla tú, no sé, tenemos un apartamento turístico y lo dejamos impecable, con sus camas hecha y las toallas damos una grande y una pequeña. Aquí nos dieron una toallita pequeña y cutre, para el precio que pagas creo que deberían comprar una toalla más grande y con más peso.
