The apartment itself is really nice: modern, comfortable and very well located, close to everything in Rovaniemi. Clean, cozy and exactly as described.
The host's attitude dampened the experience. There is a huge gap between checkout (11:00) and check-in (16:00). We asked for an early check-in update, were told we’d be notified, but never heard back, forcing us to wait outside in the cold until 16:00 sharp. A bit more flexibility or at least better communication would match the high quality of the apartment.

Se proprio devo segnalare qualcosa suggerirei di dotare la struttura di asciugacapelli, qualche rotolo carta igienica in più (2 rotoli per 2 notti ad una famiglia con bimbi piccoli sembra poco) e migliorabile il confort del letto matrimoniale che di fatto è un divano letto non molto comodo....detto ciò esperienza comunque più che positiva e struttura consigliata

La ubicación y el apartamento. Es nuevo y hace calorcito.
Las toallas son muy viejas y te dejan 2 de mano y 2 más pequeñas. De baño, ninguna. En un alojamiento nuevo, unas toallas nuevas de Ikea estarían fenomenal. Si tienes el pelo largo, no hay un secador y no es precisamente el lugar más adecuado para salir con el pelo mojado y la cama, es un sofá cama. No es muy cómodo. Hay otra cama, pero es como de niño. El apartamento está enfocado para dos adultos.
