Casa Su Craminu

The apartment is located on the third floor of a building on a busy street. Some other reviews mention the traffic noise. The street can indeed be loud but this is to be expected when staying directly on a busy road. We still spent a lot of time outside and enjoyed the wonderful view. Once the terrace doors are closed you can barely hear the traffic. At night we did not hear it at all because the bedrooms are located on the other side of the apartment. The beautiful view can also be enjoyed from inside through the large balcony windows. Having breakfast with this view every morning was an absolute dream. The key handover was easy and we received a very warm welcome. The apartment was in immaculate condition. The beds were very comfortable and everything smelled fresh and pleasant. We felt incredibly comfortable throughout our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed to prepare our meals. We would have loved to simply give this apartment 10 points but unfortunately there was one important issue.

Before booking we specifically asked about the air conditioning and were told that every room had air conditioning. Technically this is correct. However one bedroom only has a portable air-conditioning unit which is quite loud. There is another portable unit in the living room. The second bedroom has a proper split air-conditioning system and there is another unit near the entrance. This alone might not have been a major problem. Unfortunately we could not always use all of the units at the same time because the electricity would cut out when the power load became too high. We could normally only operate two units at once. When the water boiler was heating up we could sometimes use only one. The portable unit in one of the bedrooms was also not powerful enough to cool the room properly. We stayed during several days when temperatures were close to 40°C and the apartment is on the top floor. The heat was manageable but keeping the apartment cool was a constant challenge. For this reason we deducted two points. The use of the air-conditioning units was explained to us carefully when we arrived and we were told that they were already working on solving the electrical problem. Hopefully future guests will no longer experience this issue. Apart from that we had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable in the apartment.

Für kalte Tage ist die Unterkunft nicht ideal.

El apartamento es muy bonito, limpio y acogedor. Las vistas al valle espectaculares. La ubicación muy bien también, en la montaña pero con el mar a 15 minutos en coche. Las anfitrionas muy atentas y serviciales, nos dejaron hasta unas sombrillas y sillas para la playa.

3er piso sin ascensor. Un poco de ruido de los coches y el perro del piso de abajo por la noche pero nada muy exagerado.
