Great dinner experience with very "special" courses which we we normally do not find when we travel in south Europe.
The Pigling dish was outstanding and comes highly recommended.
Breakfast was good and service in general is really good
I can't say we had any areas of which we bad meaning it is a good place to stay

The Villa. Excellent Villa with all we need inside and outside. Good size for a family of 4 . Huge TV. Excellent bathroom. All the offers like shower gel, shampoo was excellent quality. Outside they have two lovely donkeys . We did eat one night at their restaurant and was all excellent food, all homemade, including the wine. Marco did us excellent cocktails. And finally Mario was a pleasant Host , that make us feel at home all the times.
Very hot inside the double bed room of the Villa. Maybe in the future put a AC inside the double bed room.(There is a AC inside the Villa but only inside the living room)

Location is stunning
We were here at the start of the season and maybe thats why it looked a bit not taken care of. Pool not clean. Sunbeds not made. No cushions on the chairs. We were asked if we’d like to have dinner and said yes. “8” was the brief comment. “Ok”?
Going there just before 8 we were asked if we d like water and wine? We said yes and got it. Without any choice of even red or white, but ok. No menu was given to us. To others it was. We asked for it and got a reply..guests that just arrived get our Sardinian tasting meal, So obviuoisly again no choice. It turned out to be a tasting meal of like 8-9 things I would neve4 order myself and after tasting it, will never order again. Cows heart, cows stomache (very chewy) and cows tongue, followed by crispy pork skin.
I d like to know things before I m “forced” to do it. It was not a bad experience and food kept coming on and on, but not my kinda food.
That and the fact that rooms and outdoor seating is for all five room in a relatively small area, closeby to your neighbours, would make me not recommend staying here. How nice the host and his family are. Not my way of doing things.
