The apartment is a lovely, well-maintained, small unit that suited our needs perfectly. The view of the Gulf of Orosei from the verandah was fantastic and has left us with excellent memories of the moon rising over the sea, along with the visibility of constellations that we don't normally see in full from a more northerly latitude. The air conditioning was much appreciated as was the property owner, who was extremely helpful and very patient with our ineptitude at dealing with the rubbish collection routine. Parking outside the apartment was never any problem and there is a supermarket within walking distance.

There really is nothing to grumble about. It is a bit of a distance from the seafront, but this is ameliorated by using a hire-car. If it were located down in the town there would not be the excellent view of the bay and mountains from the verandah, so I think, on balance, having breakfast with the view is much more preferable to being down amongst the lights and restaurants. Also, there is no WiFi (which some would say is a good thing on a family holiday), but we did not find this to be a limitation given that there is good mobile phone coverage (including 5G on one of the networks).

Das Stockbett für die Kinder ist perfekt Das Appartement liegt im oberen Bereich von Cala Gonone, aber wir waren sowieso immer mit dem Auto unterwegs und man kann direkt vor dem Haus parken.
