Nautilus by Ready Set Stay

A house was beautiful and had a beautiful view and a lovely poon and spa!

Not all the beds had pillows, but when I asked for more pillows they said they'd bring tomorrow.. luckily some of the bigger beds had plenty so there was enough to go around. Getting into the property was a little tricky..

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, beautifully set up, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming and easy to communicate with — check-in and check-out were a breeze. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed but still quiet and relaxing. The little touches like fresh towels, coffee, and local recommendations made it feel extra special. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free getaway!

Great property for families with kids of all ages. Excellent location. Good size and layout for multiple families with good space to enjoy and separate as needed. Great communication from Ready Set Stay who manage the property.

Some of the furniture and fittings were a little tired from normal wear and tear and probably needs replacing at some point. Very minor and didn’t impact the overall stay

Beds were lovely - fresh and clean sheets and comfortable. Swimming pool and spa were amazing.

There was a terrible smell downstairs coming from the central heating vents. It was so bad we had to turn the heating off one night and everyone slept poorly as it was so cold. In the room with the sofa bed that wasn’t made up on arrival, I put sheets on the bed and a doona then pulled a throw out of the cupboard to put on the bed. It was covered in some dried brown stuff - just awful. Also, the house had not been cleaned properly and the floors were filthy. The kids feet were black from walking on the floors. Please do a couple of things: put in some cozy throws for cold nights, some more pillows (lucky a couple of us brought our own) and change cleaners. Basically it’s a terrific property - just needs some TLC.
