Inside, you’ll find two generous living spaces, two bathrooms, a modern kitchen and reverse-cycle heating and cooling to keep everyone comfortable in every season along with the Marlin room a seperate studio with queen bed and ensuite.
Step outside and the home really comes to life. Wide sliding doors open onto a fully fenced backyard featuring a spectacular 12-metre solar-heated pool, making it easy to spend your days swimming, relaxing and soaking up the Peninsula sunshine.
The covered pergola is made for entertaining, with a large 14-seat dining table and 6-burner gas BBQ providing everything you need for long lunches, family dinners and evening drinks. There’s also plenty of open space for backyard cricket, pétanque or simply letting the kids run free.
