Nous arrivions avec des trains différents et en raison du retard de mon train, nous avons pu ré-arranger l’horaire de la remise des clés avec la première arrivée.
Il y a eu un imprévu qui a fait que le ménage n’a pas pu être fait avant notre arrivée. Il n’était donc pas possible de profiter pleinement de l’appartement pour la première arrivée. L’agence a toutefois été réactive pour envoyer quelqu’un le plus rapidement possible.

nice view
entrance of the building with very bad smell. one elevator. not all the beds had the same comfort , some were very bad quality. the doors and windows were not very airtight, so when there strong wind -mistral, you can t properly heat the place. last but not least when filling the the check-in they ask you for a deposit. after 2weeks they deduced 250 euros saying that we damaged a curtain-with was not true at all, it s a scam.
