Fabulous attention to detail..we visited over Valentines and found Champagne, Roses & pillow chocolates on arrival. Loved that all 3 bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms as this is a big requirement for our family. Top quality beds and linen. 3rd Room is detached from the house which my daughter enjoyed. Lounge had a fireplace, big plus for cold evenings. Private splash pool and deck.
Given that the pool and deck area has an added outdoor kitchen and ice-maker, which b.t.w was a pleasant surprise, I would have loved the braai area to be covered.. especially for when it is raining. The house is far from the main gate, very remote (which is great for privacy) but comes with a lengthy gravel road and longer distance to amenities at the main areas. But again, this is a matter of preference for each individual.

Breakfast with Emma is great.
The power was out for an entire day which causes the water to also be off and has a big security risk at night without lights. Using ‘eskom’ cannot be an excuse in South Africa. If guest comes there it held a huge security risk and especially if they are coming to rest from the busy life.
