Billie Island apartments

Fantastic Host, really responsive to messages prior to and during our stay. The hot tub as a real treat, it was vey clean, took a little while to warm up, as expected, but a lovely way to spend the evening

It was fun and challenging building the fire and keeping it going long enough to heat the tub, but once it was hot I could properly relax and it was very enjoyable! Location very close to the Peaks so ideal for our hiking trip.

There were no car parking spaces by the apartment so I had to drive quite a bit further up to find somewhere to park and walk back.

Hot Tub was brill and the view is nice, can even watch telly while in. takes around 5 hours to get to a temp good enough so start the fire early as per. Bed was low down but comfy some stains all around the room but i guess that’s wear and tear overtime. Overall was pleasant but we did have to wash up as cutlery was a no no, no dishwasher so this practise was repeated a lot, we weren’t drinkers but i suppose if we were the fact we had to keep washing up would’ve bothered us. Area was nice the aldi is walkable we also noticed a satanic freemasonry hall was very local which was a funny surprise. we would return again IF there wasn’t anywhere better local. 7/10 overall

cleanliness and scuffs as well as marks which could’ve easily been wiped such as on the sofa.

Clean, gorgeous apartment. Very accommodating hosts, made sure the stay was comfortable. Would recommend and will be back. Thank you.
