Bel appartement, calme avec vue sur un chemin verdoyant. La terrasse est ensoleillée pendant midi et j'imagine qu'elle est à l'ombre l'été quand il fait chaud. Il faisait un peu frais et sombre en avril, mais l'été ça doit être top avec la piscine et végétation à côté. Bel décoration, bien équipé et confortable. Et la ville de Nerja est top. Je recommande !

J'aimerais beaucoup revenir mais le prix de la location en été semble dissuasif. Mais au printemps, super rapport qualité prix.

het vinden van de exacte locatie was niet gemakkelijk. we kregen een link naar de locatie maar bij het openen was dit een streetview foto. ook de bijhorende wegbeschrijving was heel onduidelijk.

The property was clean and well presented. The bed was comfortable. Television for access to YouTube for music etc. kitchen well equipped (except no kettle so we had to use the pan), plenty of space in the fridge/freezer etc for longer trips. The location was brilliant. A good hilly walk into Nerja so you need to be happy doing that but generally worked really well for us. There is a supermarket up the road too, and lots of parking nearby. There was plenty of storage space.

The shower drain was blocked on the first day, and a 2 minute shower flooded the bathroom and nearly went into the living area. We had to use our towels to catch it all and then used the mop and bucket. She contacting the owner, they were so rude. They said the previous tenants didn’t have a problem with this, the towels weren’t for mopping the floors so they wouldn’t give us more and we should “try taking shorter showers”. I eventually complained again and they sent someone “when he had time” who identified a problem and said if it happened again, to let them know. It obviously did so they put a solution down the drain, asked us to leave it 5 hours then we were to put hot water down the drain to finish the job. All of of this would have been fine if they hadn’t spoken to us so poorly. The attitude, the condescending language and general poor hospitality would absolutely rule out me staying here ever again. This would have been a quick fix and not a complaint had the owner just dealt with it in a professional and timely manner.
