We really liked the apartment from the moment we walked in, and it fully met our expectations. It is spacious, very clean, pleasantly cool thanks to the air conditioning, with a pleasant smell and a lovely terrace. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. We would definitely recommend it to families with children as well as other travellers. The location is excellent. There is a supermarket nearby — it is a short walk uphill, but coming back with groceries is very convenient as it is mostly downhill. Burriana Beach is about a 15-minute walk away. The area is hilly, so the way to the beach is downhill and the way back is slightly uphill, but this was not a problem for us at all. Burriana Beach is beautiful: spacious and clean, with small pebbles and clear, refreshing emerald-green water. You can go snorkelling and see fish, or enjoy activities such as kayaking and SUP. There are also plenty of restaurants near the beach. We especially loved the nature, greenery, mountains, beautiful views and the white houses in light colours that create such a lovely atmosphere. Despite the number of visitors, we could always easily find a place on the beach. It was also very convenient that a beach umbrella was provided in the apartment. A special mention for the staff — they were very friendly and polite. We were personally welcomed and shown to the apartment. We stayed in contact via messenger throughout our stay and always received answers to our questions.

The garage parking is quite challenging: the entrance is very steep and there is limited space for manoeuvring. We had an MG ZS and unfortunately damaged our car twice, once when entering and once when leaving the garage. Guests with larger cars should take this into consideration. There are also parking spaces available near the apartment. When we arrived, we noticed a few minor issues with the condition and cleaning of the apartment and immediately informed the staff so that they were aware of them. For a 10-day stay, only one washing-machine capsule, one dishwasher tablet and one garbage bag were provided. For longer stays, it would be helpful to have a small supply of these essentials available.

The location is quiet yet close to the town and beaches. The apartment has everything we needed for long stay and lovely large terrace. We could definitely live here. Additionally there is are two supermarkets with easy walking distance(800m), a real bonus is the large sports centre with 6 Lane swimming pool, gym, running track etc within 5 min walk. The casasol representatives were the best we've ever experienced: communicated throughout, greeted us to handover keys and showed us around the apartment. Extra bonus welcoming chocolates and wine. Fantastic all round.
