Bright and modern 3 bed holiday home with communal swimming pool and various terrace areas within easy walking distance of Burriana Beach.
Situated in a quiet urbanization only 700m and 12 minute walk to the well-known Burriana Beach. The property is distributed over 2 floors that are beautifully decorated from top to bottom and comprises of the following: the ground floor has entrance hall, shower room, independent kitchen fully equipped with fridge-freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, coffee machine and all of the necessary crockery and utensils. The kitchen has access to a small terrace facing the street. Past the entrance hall is a spacious living/dining room furnished with a comfortable and large sofa, armchair and dining table that seats up to 6 people, AC, TV with Spanish and International channels and Wifi internet all throughout the accommodation. From the living room there is direct access to a west-facing terrace with plenty of sunshine, table and chairs, sunbeds, BBQ and sitting area.
