Great for a pleasant short stay.

Well located, easy check-in. The apartment is relatively small but has a spacious feel. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. It is well equipped for a short stay. The location is very good for visits to Monaco.

We could hear some sounds from the other apartments in the complex, but not too bad. Be aware that you cannot park easily near the property. Public transport is excellent and there are good public car parks nearby if you need them.

Piacevolmente sorpresi

Sono stato il giorno di San Valentino con mia moglie in questa struttura e con l'occasione visitare la vicina festa dei Limoni di Mentone. Posizione perfetta! Parcheggio multipiano ed economico a pochi passi ( una giornata intera circa 26€) e situato adiacente alle scale mobili che portano direttamente a Monaco quindi molto comodo...in 10/15 minuti a piedi siamo arrivati fino al porto. Vicino anche alla stazione di Monaco da cui siamo partiti per visitare Mentone. L'appartamento è veramente ben allestito e molto accogliente dotato di aria condizionata, riscaldamento in camera e bagno privato con box doccia. Completa il tutto la cucina il frigo e la lavatrice. Letto comodo e tv in camera con Google chromecast per poter collegare i propri account di streaming video. Molto gradito il grande specchio davanti al letto 😅. Come ciliegina sulla torta ringrazio Alex che è stato così gentile da organizzarsi per allestire una composizione floreale come sorpresa per mia moglie che ha molto apprezzato! Inoltre sempre disponibile per qualsiasi informazione richiesta.

Unico neo avrei messo alla finestra della cucina una tenda per maggiore privacy nel passaggio tra camera da letto e bagno. L'asciugacapelli purtroppo non funzionava ma può capitare e cmq eravamo organizzati.

Séjour incroyable

J’ai adoré l’emplacement. L’appartement est identique aux photos présentés. L’appartement est non-fumeur. Tout c’est tellement bien passé, c’était super. J’ai quelques conseils qui amélioreront le séjour, tel que, un accroche serviette au niveau de la douche, un distributeur à savon non abîmé, des joints plus solides concernant le bas des portes de douche italienne. Ayant l’habitude de voyager pensez également à 2 minis bouteilles d’eau, au niveau du frigo, même si vous l’incluez dans le prix de location c’est toujours réconfortant de boire après avoir montré les 2 étages.

Perfecto para visitar Mónaco

El apartamento es muy bonito y tiene todo lo necesario. Lo mejor es la ubicación, a diez minutos andando del casino. Para volver al apartamento, se pueden usar las escaleras mecánicas que hay al lado. Cerca hay varios supermercados. La zona está muy bien.

Esta en un segundo piso y no tiene ascensor.

Come sempre all'estero, trovate solo un asciugamano per tutto. Comunque la mia richiesta di un'altro asciugamano subito è stata accettata.

Soggiorno perfetto

Sono davvero entusiasta della mia esperienza, tutto è stato perfetto e ho apprezzato tantissimo la gentilezza della proprietaria, che si è mostrata molto disponibile a soddisfare tutte le nostre esigenze, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Sicuramente torneremo! Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi un posto accogliente a due passi dal Casinò di Monte-Carlo.

L'appartement était nickel, la hôte très aimable, toujours à l'écoute. J'ai beaucoup apprécié les détails ( dans le frigo il avait une bouteille d'eau, des bières), très bien équipé.
