Location was nice,, and the apartment was on a first floor with a huge private terrace. A/C worked great. The building is at the end of a little no end street that make it quiet regarding its size. It has a nice pool available. Staff was always available and helpful even at night time. He guided me to be sureI could open the main parking gate at 3am because I had an early flight.
Room is well equipped but to narrow for 4 people. Kitchen trash can was full when we arrived, and I missed a coffee maker!

Appartamento sufficientemente accogliente per la colazione e il pernottamento, per una famiglia di 4 persone. Buona posizione in una zona verde, comodissimo alla fermata del bus (100m) e in 15 minuti in pieno centro a Roma.

Posizione, a noi interessava proprio zona Monteverde/villa Panphili. Stanza ampia e luminosa Mobile con cucina integrata molto utile Indipendenza ingresso/uscita Parcheggio Privacy Qualità/prezzo

L’accueil très chaleureux. La communication rapide. L’emplacement, juste à côté de l’arrêt de bus. L’appartement est fonctionnel et propre, surtout la salle de bain. Le linge de lit et et de bain est fourni et c’est très pratique. La piscine, surveillée, très propre.
La terrasse est très bien mais manque un parasol ou voile d’ombrage fonctionnel qui permettrait de se mettre à l’abri, on ne peut pas trop en profiter à cause des pigeons.il manque également de quoi pouvoir manger dehors. L’intérieur est petit mais fonctionnel. Equipement de cuisine un peu trop réduit, signalé à notre hôte.
