Waves, wonderful views and excellent style!

Probably the best rental we have ever had. Loved the location, the style, the comfort and most importantly the views!

Parking was fine for us because it was February but could be a problem high season.

5 star+ stay in beautiful apartment

The apartment is on the main street with ample parking but the rooms are one floor up with the most beautiful views over Anstruther Harbour. The apartment has been decorated with love and attention, it was so cosy on arrival and we settled straight in. The lounge/dining/kitchen is fantastic for a weekend away with friends - as everyone is together at all times with every kitchen utensil/glass/dish you could ever want. The bedrooms were beautiful as were the shower room and bathroom - super clean and just amazing. We couldn't believe what a gem we had found, the host was super quick on answering a wee question we had and all 3 of us said we'll be back in 2027.

I think the only thing I can comment on is the spiral staircase (obviously a feature of the property and not a criticism) might be a bit tricky for those with mobility issues - but I'm sure this is all covered in the house information.

Cozy, exceptional apartment

Location and sea views. Super comfortable bed and pillows, The linen all smelled wonderful! The whole apartment was very clean with lovely kitchen which was very well equipped. Decor is thoughtfully done. And touches like games, old books and even a sewing kit were appreciated. Items like the excellent speaker to play our favourite tunes was a lovely touch. A great heating system keeps the place very cozy...we stayed in January during a storm and it was very comfortable.

Tiny thing but would be an issue if it had been sunnier. The apartment is fitted with remote control blinds, but the main one in the living room doesn't work so can't be lowered. We stayed in the same apartment on Oct 25 and it wasn't working then. Some little things like this needing attention to keep this beautiful accommodation in the exceptional category.

Loved it, great Hogmanay venue

Beautifully presented, great location and has absolutely everything you’ll need. The beds were very comfortable as was the seating in the lounge, which is often the opposite of what you find. The decor was tasteful and fresh with lots of little touches we appreciated.

Perfect accommodation for our family.

Beautifully furnished. Was comfortable and cosy with wonderful views over the harbour. A large apartment with lots of space for our family of 5. Just such a lovely space. We went in Winter and had no trouble finding a carpark across the street or directly in front of the apartment. Was only 20 mins from St Andrew’s making a day trip easy. Check in iis simple with the key safe.

The apartment was beautiful, so nicely decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you needed, plus more! The beds were amazing! Bathrooms great size and big showers. Great location near restaurants and overlooking the water. We loved it & would stay again

Great stay in a quality accommodation overlooking Anstruther harbour.

Lovely clean comfortable spacious accommodation. Furnished to a very high standard. Very well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. Excellent location overlooking Anstruther harbour. Three minutes walk to the famous fish and ship take away/restaurant. We wish we could have stayed on a bit longer.

We had a fantastic stay at Shorefront Apartments and I have to say it was better than the photos.

Location was fantastic, it looked over the harbour and out to sea. Even though it was on the main street and a bistro below the lounge, there was no noise just peace and quite.

A beautiful apartment in an excellent location.

Beautifully presented apartment in a prine location for views, restaurants, and bars. The apartment was luxurious with some lovely touches but also very comfortable and relaxing and had everything you could ever need in a home away from home. For those who don't drive, there are bus stops right outside for access to other East Neuk villages and St. Andrews.

I loved everything about the apartment but with one exception. The stairs going up to the bedrooms could be challenging for some individuals. My family had no problems but I was a little more wary going up and down.. That would not stop me going back, though, as we really enjoyed our stay.

Luxurious stay in perfect location for local excursions.

This is a stunning, spacious apartment. Brilliant location in the centre of the town overlooking the beautiful harbour. It had everything we needed including Luxury bedding, massive comfy beds and extras.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Check in at 4 is a bit late and check out at 10 is a bit of an inconvenience but they probably need time for staff to tend to a number of rental properties. A list of local excursions/ nearby places to visit/eating places might be a useful addition in the Visitors folder.

Relaxing, cosy apartment with amazing sea views.

We've stayed here before and came back because the apartment is perfect. Located right across from the harbour, the view from the living room is lovely. It is spotless and has everything you need. We're already planning our return next year!

What a view from the living room. We could have spent all looking out at the harbour and the Firth. Very clean and every kitchen utensil you could have wanted. 3 large double bedrooms.

The spiral staircase was a challenge at first. The other issue was the absence of rubber mats in the shower.
