The house is in great condition, super clean, great amenities and quality furniture. The house has AC even though we didn't really end up needing it. The garden is perfect for having coffee, meals and enjoying the Sardinian evenings. The location is very serene, quiet countryside a few minutes out of Pula so a car is required. The nearby beach is walkable but there are better beaches within a short drive. Giovanni is very friendly and very quick with solving any issues. We had such an amazing time and can't wait to come back

Spacy main bedroom, small but lovely backyard to relax in the evening. Giovanni was very welcoming and responsive to requests and questions. House is located in suburb area, shops are some several minutes drive, easy to navigate around in a car.
Shower cabin would be small if you're above 1.90 cm.
