About this house rental
Welcome to the Concord Cottage! The Concord cottage is in a prime location one block from downtown Pentwater and less than a quarter mile to the sandy beaches and sparkling waters of beautiful Lake Michigan. Downtown Pentwater is a quaint, coastal village with restaurants, sweet treats, shopping and a village green for a short nap or local events.
Mears State Park is a short walk from the cottage and offers sandy white beaches adjacent to a harbor pier. The Concord Cottage accommodations include a master bedroom with a queen bed, family room with dining/game table, bathroom with tub shower, kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, oven & microwave. There is a bonus room with two sets of bunk beds with 4 twin beds and a sleeper sofa. There are 2 Smart TVs with wifi connection in both the main living room and the bunk room. There is a peaceful, screened in porch in the front and a deck in the back with a propane grill to make dining decisions a little bit easier. The fully stocked kitchen includes a coffee maker, toaster, dishes, and pots/pans. For your beach excursions, we offer 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and an umbrella. This little piece of paradise is a great spot for anyone looking to unplug from reality and enjoy some of the most beautiful natural attractions that Michigan has to offer. Sleeps 6. Please note, You will need to bring your own sheets and towels, as these are not automatically included. You will need sheets and pillowcases for 1 Queen, 4 Twin, plus sleeper sofa (full), as well as bathroom and kitchen towels and washcloths.

Our stay was over the weekend, cottage was in prime location for families and close to downtown Pentwater. Properly manager was easy to contact and deal with! Highly recommend this property!
