About this house rental
This 2,100sf 4BR, 2BA, 2-car garage 1-level house was the parsonage for a church. The church building & parsonage are the only 2 structures on the block. The church building is now leased by a church that does not use the parsonage. The dining table seats 6 & another table seats 4. The great room is GREAT with plenty of room for 2 full-size couches, a loveseat, & a recliner. There is a smart tv in the great room & all 4 BR's. 2 king beds & 2 queen beds. With couches, recliner, & inflatable mattress, can sleep 13. This house has no carpet & no neighbors! This house is not in a subdivision. It is the only house on the block. It offers at least 2 acres of flat yard for outdoor activities. Besides the 2-car garage, the driveway can comfortably accommodate another 6 cars, & the church parking lot is almost always empty with abundant parking spaces. Within a few blocks are several ff & "sit down" restaurants, several C-stores, a Dollar General, a veterinarian, & many other businesses.

4.5 needs a hide a bed couch . That being said Host was very good to us, this was only my second time i have book housing for my Crew. So im still learning. . We have already booked this same house for when we come back in a couple weeks,. Hoping for the hide a bed when we come back!!!!! LOL!!!!!

Our family of five came to town for my mother-in-law’s funeral. Each our three kids need their own room, and we love having space to spread out. This home fit the bill. It is an older home, so some things could benefit from some TLC, but it was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. With the owner's consent, we were able to take advantage of all that space by hosting my wife's family for a BBQ after the services took place. All the locals who've driven by the place thousands of time remarked at how they never noticed it before and how nice it was. It was great for us to gather in a comfortable setting at a difficult time. The owner is very accommodating, and communication was excellent. If we should need to come back to Sherwood (hopefully for a better reason), we'll look this place up again.
