This home is Beautiful. Me and my family really enjoyed our time here. It was clean and the owner was very professional. He was very accommodating and was very easy to get in contact with if needed. We will be back! Thank you so much

We had been looking on other sites for a place to stay in or near Birmingham. I checked Evolve and found this great place just 7 minutes from where we needed to be. I couldn't have been more pleased. The description fit the actual house, and we were very comfortable while there. The bed (we only needed one) was just right. The house was clean and cool (important in summertime). It was easy to get in and out, and a grocery store wasn't too far away. The owner stopped by with the Welcome book and apologized for it being missing. There were lots of K-cups available for use as well as regular coffee. The house was clean and inviting as we entered. Traveling with 2 pets can be a challenge, but not here. Everything was as good or better than expected. We will definitely plan our next Birmingham visit to include a stay in this rental.

House adequate in size and amenities however the backyard was super small and grass not cut. Brought my dog and she had a bit of a problem doing her business back there. The bathroom I used (guest) was not clean enough for my standards. Found long body hair in shower and toilet . That alone turned me off
