Good contact and the property was clean and ready when we arrived. It was also easy to find, and with three bedrooms we had plenty of space.
The property is located on the flight path, so there is some plane noise but not a lot. The house is very plain with minimum effort at coziness. That said, it was roomy and clean.

It’s was quite it was cute comfy
I didn’t like the fridge made a poping sound every time you opened it and didn’t like you couldn’t control the air I sweat bad at night
