This home is Beautiful. Me and my family really enjoyed our time here. It was clean and the owner was very professional. He was very accommodating and was very easy to get in contact with if needed. We will be back!

To start off, right after I arrived the owner came through the door yelling “who’s in my house, I don’t have any reservations”. I tried explaining I had rented it the next 2 days and have confirmation email confirming it. Finally I had to get my bags and sit in my car to call evolve and explain the situation to 3 different people. They then called the owner and told him I did have a reservation. By the owner not expecting anyone he said he hadn’t vacuumed the floors (which were filthy) or washed the dishes in the sink. So I told him I’d vacuum the house. Bc my mom and grandmother were on the way there. After spending time in the house I also noticed that every towel in the home and also the beds had hair and fuzz in them like they hadn’t been washed good. He said he had colorized them which that was the only thing in the laundry room, so I don’t think he used actual laundry detergent with The Clorox. Also, there were dirty dishes in the sink when I got there.
